The hotel had a great selection of food and I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The location was also perfect, as it was only a short walk away from the main area with all the shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly too, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and it made my stay really uncomfortable. It was hot and humid, and I couldn't sleep properly at night.

The hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to the main Hoi An market area and the old center. Staff is friendly and accommodating, offering a cool drink upon arrival and a great selection of food at breakfast.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. This place was in a great location, near the main market area and the old quarter, but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The service was top-notch, with room service available and an airport shuttle to make my travels even easier. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated the little touches like a dining table and patio area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the excellent service from the staff to the convenient location near the main market area and old quarter, this hotel has it all.

Lovely experience! the breakfast buffet was amazing with generous portions and a great variety of dishes, including Vietnamese salads and fresh tropical fruits. the comfortable and luxurious rooms had spacious balconies as well. the service was fantastic with friendly staff and a warm welcome upon arrival. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short stroll from the old city and near ATMs and convenience stores.
Only one minor issue, but the reception area got quite hot and stuffy. It would have been nice for the air conditioning to be turned on.

The hotel had a convenient location, being close to the main market area, the Old Quarter and Center. the vintage style room was decorated nicely, with a comfortable bed and bathtub. the shower door was not tightly sealed, which resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. the service staff was friendly, but at times over, helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and not in buffet, style. On the bright side, the hotel did offer tours and check, in was allowed an hour early.
The air conditioning in the room was weak and not powerful enough to keep the room cool.
